Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products Mortal Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you accept refunds?

All refunds are given at the owners discretion.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Mortal Cosmetics ships internationally.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order Processing time is 2-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. U.S. orders usually take 2-6 business days to arrive. This can sometimes be longer due to unexpected delays.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

All products at Mortal Cosmetics are cruelty free. Vegan options are available.  Please check product description before purchase.

How are products manufactured?

Mortal Cosmetics creates our products through private labeling and handmade creation. Products such as our, but not limited to, eyeshadow palettes and lip liners are created by private labeling manufacturers. We work intently to find manufacturers that we trust, that also align with our business values. Such as no child labor, correct certifications, no animal cruelty or testing, etc. Products such as our, but not limited to, lipgloss and body shimmers are handmade and created by us. When creating our lipgloss, we do extensive research to insure that everything being used is safe and intended for lip use. Our glosses are all made in a sterilized area. Gloves, hairnets, and face masks are all used while it is being made. Our body shimmers are made of synthetic mica, not glitter. We insure that all ingredients used are safe and intended for body, face, and hair use.

Can I be a Brand Ambassador for Mortal Cosmetics?

As of right now, Mortal Cosmetics is not looking for Brand Ambassadors but we love seeing our customers use our products. Tag us @mortalcosmetics for a chance to be featured on our Instagram.

Does Mortal Cosmetics send PR Packages?

As of right now, Mortal Cosmetics only sends PR Packages to trusted influencers and top affiliates!
