Please Read Thoroughly:
Purchasing from Mortal Cosmetics means that you agree to the policies below and that you are the age of majority in your state of residence or have given permission to allow your minor dependents to use this site.
Refunds and Returns: Mortal Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are given at the owners discretion.
Shipping: Order processing time is 2-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. Order processing and shipping time can sometimes take longer due to unexpected delays. Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to update after your order was shipped. Mortal Cosmetics is not responsible for custom charges for international orders. Mortal Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please email Mortal Cosmetics with the name on the order, order number and a picture of the package AND the products inside. Mortal Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they say delivered. Orders $80+ require a signature upon delivery.
Packages Sent Back: Mortal Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the consumer. Packages sent back are due to incorrect addresses. Please be sure to include your full address. (house, apt, unit, etc.). Packages sent back due to incorrect addresses are out of our control. A shipping fee will have to be paid for the package to be resent. If you put the wrong address, you have 48 hours to email Mortal Cosmetics with the correct address. After 48 hours, the package will be sent to the address on file. Please be sure to add a subject to your email so we can attend to your needs quicker, also be sure to include your order number.

Mortal Cosmetics does not accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.
If the wrong item was shipped please email Mortal Cosmetics immediately so we can correct this. Please be sure to add a subject to your email so we can attend to your needs quicker. Send proof of your order, your information and a picture of what you received along with a picture of your packing slip. You have 48 hours since tracking has said delivered to contact us. After 48 hours, there is nothing that can be done.
Handmade Lipgloss: Our lipglosses are handmade. Because of this, each gloss will very slightly differ from each other. Some glosses may contain very small air bubbles. Gloss is filled to right above the “L”. This is done to make sure that the lipgloss tubes are not overfilled. When removing the wand, a pocket of air may appear. Though rest assured you are receiving 6.5 ml worth of product.
